I think the pictures are really nice. I've been trying to work out what you did to get the effect in the last picture.
Jeannine: I tend to use Lightroom as there are presets that can help in such circumstances. I think you can get a short trial of the software from adobe.
It's a bit of a learning curve but it can help 'ordinary' photos.
