The QE2 will be visiting Liverpool on 21st September as part of its 40th Anniversary tour. It is due to become a floating hotel/leisure complex in Dubai in 2009. It will be tied up at the new cruise terminal due to be opened that day. In previous visits it has been moored in the river with the famous Mersey Ferry conveying passengers to the landing stage. I have, therefore, decided to put some photos of the last visit.
